Courtney Carlson	Mar 22, 2007 12:38 PM	Reopened the task as he has similar problems that Joe worked on for him. 1) Shows that he does not have Power Point under all programs. "Office xp button says they are not installed." Can open PP by opening an old PP file. 2) Explorer wont keep home page he selects. 3) Outlook frequently (he says about every 5 messages) freezes. Error reads: unable to access search request to the sun global address list...server has timed out.	Add Attachment

Also, can open apps through files, but cannot find an icon to open the app directly.	Add Attachment

Audrey Macken	Feb 28, 2007 08:21 AM	When he starts up his computer, there are no programs listed under the 'start' menu, he has no network drives, but files saved to the desktop appear and he can access the internet. He will be in and out this morning, but will leave his door open and computer on.	Add Attachment
