She called back and said that the printer does 
not have a WOU# and so someone will need to come 
over and help her with this.

I called her and asked what she is talking about. 
She said that she is trying to print to the 
printer (she can';t find the WOU#, she is going 
to call back if she does) but it is not showing 
up in her print options. She really she just 
needs to have the printer added. She is in her 
office until 5p.
