For the past week the user has been unable to 
connect 80% of the time with an error 
message "could not log you on." Now when he logs 
in he gets a blank screen with only the tab at 
the top identifying the terminal server, but with 
no start menu or icons. He connects to ts.wou.edu 
and not a particular server.
