Hi Lauren,

Email authentication had trouble today.  That requires a 
webserver service restart.  During a websever service restart, 
existing mail sessions are lost.  Here's what I would recommend 
to avoid lost work:

We can setup Thunderbird for your email -or-

When typing a long message, compose in word or notepad first, 
then copy to web mail

If you wish to have us setup Thunderbird, just let me know.

She had been working on a document for 45 
minutes. When she tried to save it, it told her 
it was taking too long to save, try again. When 
she tried again it told her it could not save, 
and the that it no longer existed. SHe said this 
happened yesterday too and now it is interferring 
with her work.
