He is using a Dell PC.

He mentions that start up takes him about 4 
minutes to boot up and still cannot open up 
anything. He chacked the start menu and nothing 
is running when he boots.

Outlook hangs up whenever he creates a new 
message and sends it, or also when he opens an 
email.

He will be available most of the time, and is OK 
with someone walking into his office to fix this.

***while he was on the phone with me, it took him 
8 minutes to boot up his machine to a point where 
he could open up any application.
