I walked her through disconnecting her network
drives via telephone. That did the trick.

She has tried to restart a couple times and her 
drive is still missing. She had it last yesterday 
when she was on, and today she has tried to get 
on, but drive is nowhere.

She is on a Dell pc.

she mentions that its important to get this fixed 
soon.

I skyped the techs.
