She said it was like a high pitched whirring noise, "Like an old 
dial-up modem trying to connect." I told her we'd need to 
hear/see the computer doing the noise to really figure it out. I 
think it's probably a fan or the power supply though. I told her 
to make sure to save data to a network drive like her H or I 
drives incase it is the motherboard, so that she won't lose any 
data.

She turned on her DELL and now it wont boot up, 
its stuck at the DELL start up screen.

She has tried to reboot and nothing happens.
She also mentions that it makes a weird buzzing 
noise.

She is available all day in the office.
