Michael,

Exactly what is the nature of your problem in
connecting to remote desktop at ts.wou.edu?

When presented with a 2-line authentication dialog
box, you should preface your login name with MASH\
in the first line, then your password in the 2nd.

Upon connecting to the resource, click the options
tab.

If the domain does not say MASH it will say TSx
where x is either 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 or 12.  If
it has a TSx in the domain field, your username
must have MASH\ in front of it, and your password
in the 2nd field.

If you still are unable to RDP to ts.wou.edu you
can try ts1.wou.edu or ts5.wou.edu etc. as in the
numbers delineated above.
