option to what you would like to do about the
outlook issue? We have thunderbird if you want to
try that or to use the web based one. Please let
me know or we will end up closing your task. If it

Hi this is Lance from the University Computing
Services. We have a task for you about viewing
others calendars. You can double check that you
and the other people have invited each other to
have access to view. We are having issues with
outlook and the calendars. We do have a fix but it
is switching to a new program called Thunderbird
and it is Sun's version of outlook and it does
work with our email system. Please let me know if
you are willing to switch, since that is really
the only fix we have.
