Lauren,

If the fonts are freely redistributable, then we
can install them on the terminal servers,
otherwise we cannot.

You'll need to provide them to us in order for us
to install them.

She can't.

If the fonts are copyrighted, we cannot install
them.  If they are freeware, she needs to provide
them to us, and Adam or I can install them.

but she is on the remote desktop and is not sure 
how/if she can do it.
