Loaner laptop is back with us and I reimaged the
HD so Mary's time machine backup is no longer on
our HD.

Mary received her laptop last Friday, but we have
not yet received the loaner laptop back from her
yet.  Sent an email asking when she would be able
to return it.

Tricia found a hard drive that was big enough for
Mary's transfer.  Transfer still has a couple
hours left on it, so we should have the loaner
ready late tomorrow morning

Laptop and external hard drive that has the time machine back 
ups are sitting on my desk. It is telling me I am unable to restore 
the machine from the most recent backups because there is not 
enough hard drive space.

Clearing the "macintosh HD" drive apparently did not free up 
enough space, and gave me the same error. We can reinstall OSX 
from the boot menu, and maybe try running time machine from 
the desktop rather than booting to it, unless someone else has a 
better idea.

She has dropped off her Time Machine backup of the
computer that will need to be loaded onto the
loaner W#20080623[Edit Inv] I am giving this to Craig Reno
but please put back into Lori's queue when the
loaner and backup have been given back to Mary and
please keep Mary updated with the status of this
task.  She needs to complete an important project
this weekend for a conference she is atteneding
this Month.  The backup and the loaner are on the
shelf by restroom with copy of this Task

Mary Bucy started having problems with her laptop
last week shutting down in the middle of working
repeatedly with the panic report that is with the
laptop, It is a known Apple issue under
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4088 and needs to be
called in for service to Apple.  She wants to have
an idea of how long this will take and may need a
loaner setup in the meantime as she has some
project deadlines, please keep her informed of the
status.  This needs to be worked on BEFORE the
warranty expires on OCT 26,2013 I can email the
panic report if needed as I have it in Word
document format
