With series of trouble shooting done on the system
I realize that the monitor was faulty. Replacing
the monitor resolve the problem.

Computer power button is blue and when they plug
it in to charge, the light is on but the screen is
always black.  They can't get the screen to show
anything.  They have tried holding down the power
button but nothing is working.  it is the computer
in the lobby area there.
